We researched many retractable screen doors. Mirage offered the best selection of; colours, warranty, service, handles, and screens.And installation for them by Screen Savers (Tyler - Calgary) also provided the best options! Excellent door and installation.

Screen Queen arrived on time, were extremely proficient with installing the door screen and matching the colour to the door frame. It's a fabulous product.

I don’t know why this says Canada above this review. We are in Northern California. Maybe Canada is Mirage’s headquarters? Don’t know…We have had Mirage screens installed on our French Doors in our master bedroom and on our front door. Solar screens in the master and regular screen at front door. Neither work. Period. I’ve just contacted the installers who are wonderful people - highly respected business in our city - and they will replace the doors entirely but this is a Mirage issue, I think. The solar screens do not go in and out the way they should and the front door without the solar, still stop 5 inches before closing. They look amazing when they are (and the “open” and “shut” thing is weird with screens) closed - so sleek. But they don’t operate correctly. That does sound like an installation issue, but man these guys install all over and they are the best. They can’t get these to work. Mirage needs to figure out why. Also, this is the second set of the solar screens Mirage sent out because they weren’t working…

Mirage Screen Doors do not come with a “lifetime warranty” as they claim. We have asked them to tell us how to get a replacement part for our retractable screen door and was told to contact local rep, which we did. Paid for them to come and tell us we’ll have to buy a new door as this one is old and can’t be fixed. It is 1 plastic piece that needs to be replaced. Very hard to throw away an otherwise working door because they won’t help us locate the 1 piece we need. Rude, unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend at all as they don’t stand behind their product.

Found the Mirage Screen Door flyer at my local Costco and decided to give them a call. I ended up installing one retractable screen door for my front door. The fit and finish was excellent. No large/weird gaps anywhere and the screen door blended in with the door trim. Everyone I corresponded with was super professional and quality of workmanship was top notch. Installer took the time to explain how everything worked as well as how to maintain the screen door. Installer was also good with wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. They did not have to enter the unit to complete the work.

I've been installing Mirage products for 2 years now with Screen Savers Plus, and I believe they provide the best screen products on the market! Their innovative pivot pro handle for their retractable screen doors sets them apart from the competition in a major way. I can't recommend this company enough!

We installed Mirage Screens at a home down south, and just replicated the same in New England. Would have no hesitation to recommend the retractable screens to any homeowners. Excellent functionality, very good ease of use, and fits very well with the architecture. Should have done this years ago.

Beware if you plan to live or have this door more than 10 years!! Customer Service is deplorable. Our screen door broke (screen wouldn't retract) and we found it was the left housing cap that helps keep the screen wound up. We were planning to repair it ourselves if we could get the part, as it seems like a relatively easy fix. After paying for a certified Mirage Screen door rep to come and look at it and tell us that it can't be fixed and to just buy a new screen, As everything else is still in tact, it seems costly and wasteful to fully replace it. So I then reached out directly to Mirage Screen Systems asking for a replacement part. I was told that they no longer carry parts for this system. When I questioned their lifetime warranty"

Needed a screen for door leading from our kitchen to backyard patio. Did some comparison of quality and price point among several companies, one being the company used at our previous home. Mirage did have many favourable customer reviews and Costco as a backup, decided on their product. They were not only priced much less than our previous company used but the product was superior in our opinion. Installation was quick and everything was cleaned up upon completion. The door looks great and functions well. Definitely recommend to anyone considering using their products...

This was great screen doors price. We went to a door company and it cost 3 times as much. Most people do not no about them. Was looking at French doors and a lady was looking at storm doors and I gave her Southern Desert sun card and told her what I paid. she said she would call them. Great installers vary profestional
