Tried calling, no answer multiple times. And received moldy product with absolutely no care from them. Literally bought the product a day prior to opening. I’m disgusted

I use to come here the night before I have a day off and get a Slurpee and two slices of pizza. Now every time I come here the pizza is obviously undercooked. They are friendly but I will start going to a 7/11 further away.

Okay not great ! Nickle candy was fresh . my bottle drinks were clean on the rims

Don't bother going here if you want food at night they can't cook it.........

Had a really terrible experience with mobile checkout.Told that I was required to use it to pay; would not accept my manual Debit or cash???Then when I used it, I ended up at back of line waiting to get slurpee and not “skipping the line” with mobile checkout. I watched everyone else pay with cash/debit. I had a breakdown in store.I appreciate if the workers were trying to get me a deal but it was very very VERY confusing!!! I just wanted a slurpee(not the points) and one of the workers was quite rude when I said so.

went to buy a pack of cigarette, the cashier lady gave me an awful look while i was handing out my I.D. She refused to sell me the cigarette that i normally buy from this store and other stores. She refused to sell it to me even after providing her extra identification such as my fishing license and Passport, i think even if i even gave out my social insurance information, she’d still decline. it’s so “extra” on her part and she even goes to manipulate me into thinking that the cigarette i’m purchasing doesn’t exists, as she said exactly “you don’t even know what you’re buying, there’s no cigarette like that” excuse me but did “John Smooth Player” specifically King Size just suddenly vanished from the earth? are you telling me I was just imagining that such pack of cigarette exists???? this is my first time writing a negative review as I was so utterly disappointed.

There was a new employee. Who didn't care at all. She was on her phone al the time. I older 4 cheddar smokies hot dog, and she only gave me the winners... I asked for the buns, and she gave me the wrong one and said those are the only ones we have, and they all broke before we ate them . I come here often because I live a block away, but with service like this, I prob won't be back.

Stopped in here to buy a lottery ticket real quick and the cashier refused me. She asked for my ID and said it was because I'm under 30, which I'm not, then after I gave her my ID said she couldn't sell me a lotto ticket. I asked why but she just repeatedly said she couldn't, it was confusing and annoying. I'm was pretty put out, I live just down the street from here but I won't be stopping in again anytime soon, the IGA is just as close and convenient with better staff.

Staff is quite pleasant. I quite like the convenience of the store layout and the selection they provide. Great service
