HAD TO GET IT PIERCED TWICE BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME THEY DID IT WRONG.So, last Tuesday I did a walking for a septum piercing (I've had one in the past from Utopia and took 2 minutes). I got pierced by a blonde lady. She was struggling to put the piercing in and kept pushing and pulling while I had a needle through my nose. I started panicking, bleeding and crying, asking her to stop because it was too sore. When the older and more experienced guy came in (I'm assuming Richard), he started telling the lady how she was doing it wrong". He then took the needle out and had to repierce it himself. I'm still very upset because I feel like customer service wasn't great

I feel they may be very good artists based on images I've seen and their longevity in our community. But their communication with customers is very poor and after three pretty honest attempts to get a slot with them, I have been treated very shortly on the phone and left waiting for over 45 minutes at the studio when I was told their would be a time for me. Having been tattooed in Australia by someone who had been tattoed by Richard, I was very excited to have that story to tell. Alas, that will not happen. Plenty good reviews on show but sadly my experience which of course didn't even end in a tattoo, was not one of them.

Had several tattoos done here now, always very professional, scrupulously clean and fantastic results - just what you want from a tattoo artist. Staff are very friendly too!

Really friendly staff but unfortunately my septum was pierced too low. You aren’t supposed to see where the holes are at on each side but with my one you can and it’s a nightmare to find really tiny septum hoops. If I wear the standard hoop sizes they are too low on my face and it doesn’t look great. Annoying

Got tattooed today by Jimmy, absolutely fabulous, professional service and a sound bloke, just make sure u bring familiar identification documents as they are quite unfamiliar with satire Scot cards

Went to see Jimmy on Monday for my first ever tattoo. He made me feel comfortable and very professional. He talked me through everything he was going to use and what he was going to do. I'm so pleased with the end result. And if I ever plan on getting another tattoo I will be back.

Decided to get some piercings for my birthday today. The whole experience was relaxing and almost painless. Zoe made me feel really comfortable throughout and I even got a wee discount for my birthday. Would highly recommend.

Fourth tattoo I’ve had done by Richard so far. Turned out great and Richard himself was friendly enough, just like the other three times. Not quite sure where all these reviews about him being rude and unfriendly are coming from.

Got my helix done by Zoe today she was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable, piercing didn’t feel anywhere near as painful as I expected as I was so relaxed, would really recommend :)

Called on the off chance of a walk in and was there within 15 mins and Jimmy was fab. Great artist and made me feel totally at ease with great chat. Got exactly what I wanted and am so chuffed with it. Got my first tattoo here about 25 years ago and it’s still the same friendly fab service, would highly recommend.
