If I could give less than 1 star , I would definitely will.They always mess my order.The latest was one / I ordered a large stepped tea with only honey and gave me a large steeped tea with cream/milk. I have lactose intolerance.

They seriously need to train their younger (and newer I assume?) staff better before allowing them to interact with customers on their own. The cashier that I ordered from was incredibly immature and unprofessional. I was ready to give up on the order and walk away until a senior employee stepped in.

Extremely convenient location and a good solid Timmies, however because it's crazy busy the line up to get served can be quite long and frustrating to stand there with nobody paying any attention to you as they only seemed concerned with serving people at the drive through.On the plus, there is a good range and quantity of yummy donuts and the restaurant does offer plenty of cosy, convenient and clean seating areas in a nice vibe which has excellent upkeep and cleanliness.

They serve the drive through before indoor customers. Which makes the inside super slow. Approximately 20 mins for indoor service. Bad.

3 days ago I ordered 3 everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and I was beyond disappointed with the bagels I got. It got a paper thin layer of cream cheese on one side and one side of the bagel got pretty much nothing. I didn't even want to eat the bagels so I seriously trash them, that's how disappointed I was. I ordered take out because we were on our way from Chilliwack to Vancouver, I didn't have time to go back and give the food back to them but for sure never eat there again.

Ordered ahead on the app, two wraps. Stood around with several other people and it was far from busy, waited for a long time before I finally asked about my order because they were finishing them and tucking them off to the side, not bothering to call them out as they finished so mine was sitting there for some time. Finally get back in the car and on the highway, first wrap was fine but second looked like someone had chewed it and stuffed it in the cardboard package?! Totally dry, not a drop of Caesar dressing on either (we ordered Caesar wraps) and I can’t actually believe someone considered this passable to give to a customer, what in the world?! Again…not even busy so I don’t even know what they were thinking.

I generally love stopping at this Tim Hortons, but today I was not happy with the service.The person who helped me could hardly speak English. I ordered a steep tea with milk and honey, was handed my drink, drove away and about 10minutes later I was surprised with coffee and not tea.Was on my way to a meeting, otherwise I would have turned back to complain.

We stood, patiently waiting, for a long time before being served. I'd estimate 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful otherwise. Food and coffees were good. The restaurant looks newly renovated and is open and airy - quite nice. Bathroom were a bit grungy and i was informed that the women's washroom had no tp. I mentioned this to staff - not sure when it was resolved.

This was my first time to a Tim Hortons, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind, the food and drink was good, the price was right. The tables could have been a little cleaner.
