This. Place. Is. Amazing. Not only did they personally call me when they had to make a substitution for a seasonal flower, they made sure I was happy with the choice, provided flexible delivery times, AND even offered to pick up and deliver an order of cupcakes nearby to the same destination. In my many years of ordering flowers for loved ones (across Canada), I've never experienced better customer service. Not only that, but their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of flowers used, the creativity of the arrangements, and the size of the arrangements. If you live in Calgary or have a loved one in Calgary, make sure you support this amazing business and their wonderful staff!

I ordered flowers for a grieving friend from Splurge recently and I have never seen such fresh and beautiful flowers from a florist. A week after my order, I saw a picture of the bouquet and believe it or not, it looked even better than the day it was delivered. Exceptional! I will never order from anywhere else.

Jacquelyn was the lady I contact in regards to my wedding flowers, she was insightful and got my vision spot on. I sent her example photos of the look I was hoping to get but told her I was open to changing flowers around in order to keep the flowers on a good budget. We got around 7 boutonniere's, 4 bouquets, 3/5 corsages, a flower crown, a huge arch arrangement and another pinning flower/corsage all for around that 1000.00$ mark, not to mention a day before the wedding I was contact by Splurge and they told me they would deliver my flowers for free to Canmore where my wedding was taking place.I have had endless compliments about my flowers, my vision was spot on, great pricing and working with splurge really was a huge pleasure!I would highly recommend them to anyone!The photos are actual photos of a bouquet they made and the arch arrangement.

Dear friends of ours have been getting monthly statement bouquets from this shop for quite some time now. Over a year ago, my husband got their details as we’ve always been blown away by the unique and gorgeous arrangements at our friends’. Since then, I’ve received several stunningly beautiful, blow one’s mind type of bouquets. All I can say is WOW!!! The one time I had an issue with flowers dying quickly, they were quick to send me a replacement bouquet. And NOW, I’ve returned a few of the amazing vases that I received with the flowers and they have my name on them so they can send me flowers in my own vases so my enormous (at this point) collection won’t continue to grow.
