I encountered a Roxborough school van driver who appeared to be a menace on the road. He was driving very aggressively by:1. Aggressively weaving in and out of traffic.2. Driving in the center median of the road.3. Cutting off a truck and as a result the truck having to slam on his brakes.4. Following another slower moving vehicle approximately 12-18 inches behind the vehicle while moving at 75km/h (80 zone).I sent an email ro Roxborough and sent pictures of the driver, vehicle, plate, location and time of the incident, and the van number on September 14th. Did not receive any response, it is now November 4th.Typical company which will not acknowledge an issue unless many people get exposed to it and it impacts their business. Thankfully google reviews is an excellent forum for this. I assume I will now get a response within 48 hours of having left this review.....UPDATE: Approximately a 2 weeks after leaving this review, someone contacted me via the email which I originally sent to the company. This goes to show you that you need to ensure that many people get exposed to what transpired before any action is taken.

The worst bus company I have ever travelled with in my life! As a person in a wheelchair their drivers are extremely inexperienced with wheelchair transporting.Not to mention their wheelchair buses are extremely uncomfortable and out of date that they belong in the junkyard! These would never pass inspection in my home province.As for the drivers, One of the drivers was extremely slack when it came to making sure all of the chairs were tied down safely and drove poorly. he slammed on the brakes to avoid getting cut off and one of the wheelchairs in the back went flying into the seat in front of them.For the second incident the driver hit a Speedbump at full speed which sent passengers out of their seats and a wheelchair passenger right out of their chair and they landed in between the wheel of their chair and the bus wall.If I ever have to use this company‘s wheelchair service ever again I expect more up to date wheelchair buses along with bus drivers that have wheelchair transportation experience and training. What I experienced was absolutely unacceptable!The lowest I could give this company for a rating is one star, but I would gladly give them zero stars!These two incidents happened on Victoria day weekend of May 2017.

I’ve been working for Roxborough for three years now and honestly it’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for in a long time.

Started working as a Driver 6 weeks ago. Love it. Perfect job for a retiree. Very good and experienced staff to work for. Recommend it.

This morning after dropping my kids off at school, I watched as van 729 weaved wrecklessly through traffic, sped through another school zone, and then almost rear-ended another vehicle at an intersection because despite clearly having a bluetooth headset in her ear, the driver was on her cell phone.Drivers from this company who operate the Student Transportation vans have become increasingly aggressive and wreckless in the west end as a whole.

I had bus 536 on my bumper. I literally could only see the bus's grill and I was going 110 on the 416S between. 417 and Hunt Club. Then she passed me and proceeded at around 120km/hr.

Roxborough is the best employer that I have ever worked for, they truly care about their employees

We used Roxborough for our wedding shuttles and we LOVED the service we received. Prompt arrivals/departures in the afternoon and late at night. Our last bus driver was very kind and offered to return for guests who didn't make it on the bus. We can't thank you guys enough for the great experience!

So my conversation with the dispatcher was good, and hopfully my issue was solved, if you a school bus driver you should not be driving like a complete clown you are the people who transport our children .. hopefully the driver was dealt with

Every morning a Dodge caravan come into a quiet private residential zone and keep honking to let a student that they arrived to pick him up, I do not think that is the right way to communicate
