James was an incredible realtor. He was very accessible, honest, and knowledgeable. James helped us establish the right price to list our home at, which resulted in a sale within the first ten days. His advice was beyond beneficial when both selling and looking to buy a home, and we felt as though he genuinely cared about helping us find the best home for our family, not simply about completing a sale. We have worked with other realtors in the past, and none of them have compared to our experience with James.

I do not have enough good things to say about James. He has gotten us into perfect home that met all of our needs at a purchase price that we were happy with. And for selling he established a fair asking price for our house that we were happy with and sold it in less than 2 DAYS!He made sure all of our possession dates worked for us and the entire buying and selling process was seamless.I would 100% recommend James for any of your real estate needs. If we ever need anything in the future, we will most certainly be using James!

As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the whole process. James was helpful in every aspect from finding homes to pointing out defects and cautions in the properties we looked at, to finding a mortgage broker, understanding that whole process...I was pretty clueless and James was a great guide. He's continued to follow up with us, even helping address issues (major!!) with our builder. It's amazing to have an advocate who's in the industry.

Wael and his team are great. My wife and I found our dream home. Very last minute we decided to sell the home we currently owned. It sold in three days above asking price. Wael and his team worked hard to make both transactions as smooth as possible. Highly recommend.

He worked with us to accomodate our timelines for buying, selling, viewing and showing all the homes involved in the process.He made the effort to understand our needs and find a home that met a lot of them.He sold the old house at a price that made me happy.The best part of working with Wael is that I could tell he was focused on our needs.
