What a scam this place is. Asked to come for an estimate, was given an appointment in two weeks time. Arrived and was given an estimate for the issue I came for, only to be told that additional work would need to conducted as well, which didn’t make any sense. I asked for a detailed print out to fully understand, only to be told there was a $25 charge. What kind of place is this?

I had my first accident ever and my insurance sent me here. My front bumper and other parts were affected. The repair took 2 weeks they managed to get it back to me before the holidays. I'm happy with the work, the replacement car was fine for me. The light they replaced was not working however so I did go back and they switched all the lights on the spot and it's good as new. I didn't open up my car to see if everything was perfectly done, I'm not a mechanic but my repairs was mainly aesthetic and with a replaced headlight, bumper, fender, windshield washer container, everything looks perfect and new and color matched. No complaints here. Everyone was nice too. Waiting room is small but honestly, who cares.

I received an excellent service and people are very nice and always ready for answering all your questions even when the office is a little small. My car was fixed on time and they even cleaned it outside and inside, I really appreciated it. Definitely I will continue using their services without doubt.

Working with my insurance company has been a nightmare. Fix auto made the transaction smoother so far. I'm excited to see the results.

I was impressed with this place, the service and courtesy are outstanding. I went in to change a moulding on my truck and they found a nail in my tire, god knows how they saw it. They changed it on the house with then the moulding. I highly recommend this place, very professional and efficient.

I was in a bad mood after having my catalytic converter cut off my Honda Eement, and a bit sceptical of been sent here by my insurance company. However I was pleasantly surprised by good service a good repair, and they even washed my car. The only issue is my check engine came on because it's an aftermarket catalytic converter.

Sent there by insurance company to change rear bumper. Took about 2 days. To my surprise they even cleaned my floor mats. Don't know if this is standard, but definitely puts me in a good mood.

This place tried to fraud our company on credit card chargeback after been fully service shipping a BMW X5 from Montreal to Windsor . We would advise to any business with them

The place and the staff are exceptionally good here. I don't have any experience with any other Fix Auto location, but this location has respected their guaranteed work 7 years after the initial repair! I had a side of the car damaged in an accident, fortunately only the body and not the frame. Fix Auto repaired it and replaced a big piece and repainted. 6 years later I noticed that spot getting rusted while the rest of the body was fine. I approached them and mentioned that it must be their repair work that had a leak or something so it got rusted, despite me having done extensive anti-rust treatment every year. They replaced the entire part and redid the work at no charge. Amazing service in my experience.
