I have dealt with this company for over a year now and they are very attentive and respond right away to any questions I have, I would highly recommend.

Rented for a year paided a monthly pet fee of 50$ a month and when I moved giveing notice and cleaning unit.. they deducted every scratch and morsel on the unit very bad experience will be contacting the tenant act..

Absolutely the worst management. You should be ashamed of what you put my family and I through. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Horrible company, first lied to me about the property being rented to someone else because I was frustrated with one of their workers, then seen the ad reposted , when asked why they told me it was rented then I seen it reposted a week later they said the person canceled. So why wasn't I contacted? They didnt have an answer for that and said they would put my application back in. They took days with no follow up, then I called and asked whats going on they said they needed more information.. I provided then they tell me in the course of 2 days they approved someone else while Im sitting here waiting days for replies. Shady company. Chloe is a clown.

1. Violation of contract : They extended contract with trouble making tenants without asking owners. We missed house selling time and lost money.2. Bad quality of tenants : Tenants broke entire house and water damage :We had to spend $Thousands for fixing my house after tenants moved out and during rental. Lots of trouble and stress.

Great property managers. They respond quickly and are happy to work with their tenants to make sure our needs are met!
