I was under the distinct impression that the payment of the $35. was the total amount to have the docs notarized. I was charged $160.00 on top by the Notary. You ought to disclose that the initial fee is not for the actual notary service. One partner and his wife in their mid eighties had to climb down two sets of stairs with no railing for support. also, only after asking for two more chairs the notary went out to the back yard and only brought one. for a total of three. there were five of us. Not nice, not professional to say the least.
