Decided to stop in this location today instead of hitting our normal store in Owen Sound. Although the level of service we’ve received in Owen Sound has been just awesome, the service we received from Trevor in Markdale was exemplary. Markdale is for sure our new favourite store!

Never been inside, but on long roadtrips with stops in Markdale, kids like looking at the big pictures of animals outside. To me it's not so much a store, but a public artwork :)

The owners of this location are incredible, community driven people. From donating items to new community members to help keep their pet safe, being available even when not in store,to being super informative about theproducts they carry , the staff is always friendly and on thr ball with offering and providing help and it's always super fast service. A very good business to have in our growing town.

I admittedly never used to shop at PetValu when I lived back in Kitchener-Waterloo.But, with living out here now, the option is between Mullins Pet Market and PetValu.I continue to come back to this PetValu because the staff are wonderful, they are true animal lovers. Incredibly friendly, helpful and super considerate. Plus, you have a great selection in the store.I brought in a foster dog of mine, for a much needed bath, who;A. Is terrified of the worldB. Terrified of 'city-life'C. Lived with 50+ other dogs and doesn't know how to 'dog'They went above and beyond to help me with him and made sure he felt safe.As well I on another occasion, I brought in our disabled dog, and again, they were so good with her and me while I spent a long time bathing her.The staff I would even like to consider as friends, and you definitely have a great team working there.(Pictured are Bruno and Clover, the two you welcomed with open arms)

Really nice store with a variety of products for every pet. Watch for sales because when they happen they are good ones! Have always found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience!

Very helpful customer service. Store is clean and well stocked with necessary pet supplies. There is a dog washing station. Heavy items like cat litter are stocked by door, making it easy to transport to your car. Prices are affordable.

I was able to find the dog food I came in for, and I met some very helpful staff.I learned about their self-pet wash too. I'll be back for that!
