After purchasing a truck from these guys 2.5 weeks in the emissions def system goes ended up paying out of pocket for towing and repairs as the warranty they sold us don't cover it. Called Dave to cancel this well within the 30 days of the cancelation policy Dave informed me after 30 days they can't do anything. I belive they didn't cancel when I call knowing this. Few weeks later we had transmission problems they looked it over and said it's fine. Heading to work it stopped shifting. Towed it to a transmission shop to get it looked at and discovered yet more problems. Between lost work and repairs I'm at $15k out of pocket not including the $5200 warranty they failed to cancel when I called. Warranty didn't cover anything so far.I'll be looking for another truck as a back up for work but I'll be going elsewhere.

absolute worst, there mechanical ability is terrible. I have bought every ford from them since 1977 but bought my last two together out of town as I cant depend on their service. I hear the same stories around town and thought I should post this to help others. As an update I am well within my 2 year warranty after 4 tries Sunrise could not fix my problem and has informed me they have decided to not try anymore. Thats probably good news as I can move on to a more reputable buisness

just bought a Mach1 from them yesterday.the whole process went super smooth thanks to Dave that took a VERY good care of everything.GREAT customer service, definitely recommended !!

Was passing through town and had some brake issues on the highway. Made it to Ford right as they opened and they were able to squeeze me in right away and get me on the phone with only 1 hour labour charge. Impressive! (I did experience the same issue again 3 days later, but I think thats my 24 years old brakes saying they're tired.)

I just recently purchased a 2019 F-150. I went originally because they were recommended to me through a friend. I wasn’t really looking for a truck, was just considering it since ford had its 0% option and my truck was still at a decent stage to trade in. I was happy either way, keep old truck or get a new one. I expressed all the items I wanted(quite the list) and I wasn’t flexible on particular things. They did a great job at finding a truck that fit my needs and brought it to there dealership even though I wasn’t a Guaranteed sale. I was an emotional roller coaster through the whole thing. One min I was ok I can buy a truck next I was freaking about the commitment to payments and taking on that extra expense. They worked with me to find the best payment plan for me and also gave a fair trade in value for my truck that I had recently sunk a bunch of money into. They never insulted me with a low ball trade offer. I ended up backing out of the sale at the 0% option time because a unexpected financial expense came my way. Then once ford had there employee pricing they contacted me with all the financial numbers I would need to make an educated decision. With time to process the decision and with them being understanding and supportive through it all I decided to get the truck. Thank you to all those involved, I appreciate your efforts and support in what was a very stressful decision for me to make.

The service was top notch! They worked with me to hold the car I wanted while I arranged the balance. They quickly installed a light bar when and asked, and add used but good winter tires! Great service, super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.
