I personally don't go to tribe but I do visit units beside it. I enjoy the loud music it seems to set a pace for those training there and from what I have observed the clients get a personal trainer

Went to a beginners class there this evening and it was so welcoming and a great set up. Conor ran the class, and he was very thorough in his explanations, gave step by step demonstrations, and gave attention to each individual, correcting form and showing people a second or third time if they needed to see it again. Really fun and a great workout- will be back for sure!
