Domino's Pizza

I thought I should leave a review after reading about the recent bad experiences from other customers.For the cheapest pizza you can possibly find anywhere (with their online coupons) I was quite pleased by my overall experience. I ordered take out and the pizza was ready inside 15 minutes (though it was a monday night). The staff were very kind and seemed to have fun doing their job in the kitchen, I like to see that. Pizza was well cooked, perfectly fine and the topping were surprisingly generous compared to other low cost pizza.Overall good experience, only downside is the sauce is very very salty, too much for me but that is probably the whole chain recipe.

Just ordered a pizza and bites today. Pizza was out of the oven at 3:42, finally checked at 3:55, and from store front to our place is 1 km, it took until 4:24 to arrive....on the other side of the building than we had specified in the notes. And i had sorted a text reminder from dominos when they were 2 or 4 minutes out. Received the text at 3:55 and my gf and i sat outside for the 30 minutes until it actually showed up.Driver asked if I was Sam, and then didnt say another word to me. Just handed me the food and threw his arm up nand walked away.Pizza was barely warm by then, but what bothered me most, was sitting down and seeing the tamper proof seal they have wasnt even sealing the box shut at all.We ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, and i doubt ive ever had a dryer pizza in my life. Super depressing as i pretipped quite good, and spent the only cash($56+) i have each month for something just because, and it was wasted on an experience like this.**EDIT....over a month later and still not received a response from customer care even after they had asked me to contact them as they wanted to make it right.

The app is easy to use and delivery is really fast. The pizza was excellent. If I had one suggestion it would be to offer a larger gluten-free crust.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received when I called to make an order for pick-up from this location. Neither the employee I spoke with, nor their manager were willing to add a side of honey garlic sauce with the dry boneless chicken bites. I have ordered from other locations previously, and they have done this without issue. I was so shocked by their refusal and unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request that I ended up taking my business elsewhere. The all meat bites wings from the Boston pizza down the road were great. As a consistent customer of Domino's Pizza, I will be writing to inform head office of the deteriorating quality of customer service at this location, and following up accordingly. Awful management is essentially turning business away. 0 stars.

Best dominoes in town! Always fast, tastes great. Never even had any order issues. And u earn points for free za.

So consistent and so reliable.From placing my online order to arriving to my front door, it was to the T as it said it would. Pizza-wise, their crust & bread have drastically improved in the last decade.
