They have been courteous and always tell what exactly needs to be done to fix my van. Which I may add isn’t even a Hyundai. I would recommend their service department. And if your in the market for a new car I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to check them out…you would get great service from that department and I’m sure their sales staff is as friendly :)

2021 I bought an Elantra, was a pretty good deal and gave it to my sister, but in 2022 I bought an Santa Fe XL and it was warranty void after 100km after selling to me at 98,700km without offering any extension on the warranty like my other vehicle which I assumed was included by sadly was not, and pre warranty expire my windshield Motor let go on the highway at night between timmins and Sault St Mary, was not given road side assistance after being told they were on the way, after waiting 2 hours we called to find out no one was coming. Keep in mind we’re still in warranty, but we’re forced to drive to the Sault just to find out our rear break calipers we’re shot, had no rear break pads and had to pay out of pocket for all of it. When we called the timmins shop we were on our own, and after when trying to obtain documents for taxes such as a copy of the sales agreement, had to wait months and eventually after mention getting my lawyer involved to obtain my paperwork, was finally able to get it. Also, after going into the shop for servicing, I was not told about my broken coil spring and continued to drive in an unsafe vehicle for an additional 900km before going to another shop to get it serviced and repaired. If you get a car here, just make sure it’s new and never second hand. Have a good day.

Yup, Hyundai Timmins is a hidden gem of a service center. This is one dealership I feel comfortable trusting - they really have a fantastic service manager - thanks Josee!
