Doctor was good however 1 star for the receptionist. Extremely rude and ignorant. The first person you see when you have to check in and she made me feel very unwanted. Never returning.

Very very rude receptionist!!! Not even let finish the sentence and hang up the call !! Communication done as being done forcibly!! Horrible!! Only heading there because of doctors!! Otherwise would never go there!

I’ve been coming here for years, just had a baby and it’s my first. Seen Dr. Tanzela front desk absolutely unprofessional and rude and when the doctor Came in she rushed us. we had questions as it is my first baby they weren’t answered properly she just wanted to leave the room. We didn’t even leave the room and the receptionist was bringing other patients in. Very unorganized will be looking for a new family doctor for me and my baby.

I visited Dr. Muhammad Amin along with my family and he was extremely late, extremely unprofessional .We were in his waiting room for 2 hours.If you have the option to go anywhere else except him, do it!Dr. Amin is kind of extremely bad for Taralake medical clinic.I believe visitor supposed to be say something about his punctuality.

Today, I went to this clinic at 6pm. The service I received was really poor, downgraded and rude from the receptionist of clinic. I don’t know the name of lady but she is tall, indian and brown girl sitting at desk of reception at 6pm (2023/01/11). So I took help from pharmacy area then.Rest of other staff was really helpful and polite.I was so disappointed with my visit.

Doctor was very nice and listen to patient very well. But the front desk staff was so rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to deal with customers. Whenever I went there I have to wait for 2 to 3 hours either you have an appointment or walk-in. They don’t know the value of time. Even though If you need only refill, you have to wait for 2 to 3 hours.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. No consideration for time, horrible service. 2 hour wait time for PRE BOOKED appointments, the staff here are low energy and useless. Dirty bathrooms with 0 cleaning done

Dr. Amin is the best doctor i’ve seen so far. He genuinely cares for his patients, however, this clinic is a joke. Opens at 9 but don’t start seeing patients until 10. Have an appointment for 2, don’t get seen until 3. Want to book a phone appointment with a doctor? You will not receive a time frame in which you should expect a call. My favourite are the ladies at the front desk. You can tell they care so much through their snarky replies to simple questions like asking to pickup a doctors note. In my case this was “you didn’t pick it up yet?” Ah and don’t trust the prices the doctor or the sign says. I was told by the doctor that the doctors note was 10$, the sign also says 10$ but they make you pay 15$. I leave this clinic with little to no patience left every time I visit. Despite having an amazing doctor I will be switching to a new clinic preferably outside of the NE because the lack of respect for patients is a common theme in this area.

I booked an appointment for 2PM, showed up 10 min early and checked in. Waited until 3 PM and my name wasn't called. Asked the receptionists why I even had to book an appointment to just wait and have people (4) who showed up after me go in prior to my appointment. They said oh but you are next". I left

Went here for the first time due to my family doctor not having any availability today. Appointment for my son and I took Dr.Tanzela 5 minutes to complete, very rushed. I had concerns about my throat which she didn’t even bother looking at ,just did a quick swab and left. Would not recommend going here if you want proper care and to be seen by a doctor who genuinely cares!
