I usually park here if walking over to Johnson, Pandora, Yates, View or at least around the neighbourhood. The 1st hour being free is attractive than when 2nd hour kicks only $2.00. Just don't forget to carry your printed ticket as you get off or else you have to return to where you park your car retrieve ticket and return back to ground level to have it validated.Also as before you enter on the wall top left of the 'P' PARK is a lighted sign 'FULL' lights up (Red LEDs) when there are no avaliable parking left on all the levels. Your standard parking garage. Often spots still available even when they say it’s full.

Great location in downtown Victoria. Close to numerous shops and movie theaters.

Lots of parking available and easy access to Pandora and Johnson streets. However, it’s very hard to leave as there are always lines of cars trying to exit in only one machine. It also has a small covered bicycle parking area.

Terrible ergonomics esp the exit. The unmanned booth needs a serious relook as to its placement and height given modern vehicles. Don't think it's ever been looked at since being built but then again it's not for bicyclesGuess I should stay quiet or they will turn into bicycle parking only. Location a bit sketchy. Could use more security patrols

Love that the 1 hour free parking is on the main floor as soon as u enter! Easiest way to hop in Bay centre without having to pay for parking.

Good spot to park to get to most of downtown

Handy location and easy to park if you have the Park in Victoria app. There are some pretty shady characters around there so keep your head on a swivel.

Lots of parking. Fees are pretty reasonable compared to many other cities' downtown lots.

Tons of parking, free on weekends and evenings (until 9AM). You can prepay on the app or when you drive into the multi level lot. There is some reserved parking, some parking for expectant mothers, and a lot of regular spots. Multiple ways to leave the garage lot that will take you to different streets.
