Very upset with the customer service. There was one lady who was extremely rude, racist and started yelling right away. Zero respect for the customers and no patience.Rest of the staff is good.

im very up set we aint getting are mail in Slate falls till few days later cause of bamaji air hold the mail whats the process on putting in a complaint and no one can get there mail from them thanks

One woman is always very rude to the public. Seems to have a bad attitude and tends to yell at customers. If I see her working, I try to avoid going in.No problems with the rest of the staff. The other staff are very pleasant and helpful.
