When our place flooded on Christmas Eve, we knew the next stretch wasn’t going to be fun or easy with a toddler. Platinum Pro Claim and our project manager, Brett Ogasawara, made it as easy and hassle free as possible. Orders and repairs were all scheduled and completed on time, everyone from the company we met was professional and friendly, and Brett helped with all the communication between Strata and insurance companies. Thanks to everyone at Platinum Pro Claim for making a stressful situation manageable, we’re so grateful and love how our place looks again!

Matthias and the team were fantastic to work with as we had to navigate a tricky rooftop leak in our townhouse. As new homeowners we were quite out of our depth but they helped us out the entire way, navigating our insurance claim, providing next steps, and bring extremely communicative along the way. Also all of the workers who came by did a great job drying and restoring things, and were very personable. I would absolutely recommend PPC.

We dealt with Platinum due to the negligence of our strata not fixing their pipes, despite being warned by their owe plumber to address it forthwith on our first flood. We had just moved back in due to a pipe burst (caused by their faulty pipes again). After our insurance/restoration just completed our unit on the first flood with new flooring etc,we thought issues were resolved.... but within 1 week of moving back in, the pipe burst again. This time, the strata took responsibility cuz they knew it was their negligence again and phoned Platinum to start on the emergency restoration.The previous incident/first flood, the strata took no" responsibility by not even bothering to start any type of emergency restoration. We were lucky Platinum was able to minimize the demages

Very professional from beginning to end. Project manager, Hector was very thorough in planning the repair. They took into consideration of doing the repairs to my office after business hours to avoid any disruption and all the contractors were very experienced and the work was done in a timely fashion. I seriously thought the rooms looked new afterwards. Would recommend platinum to anyone who needs restoration services.

Platinum Pro Claim Restoration stepped in to help me at a very bad time for me; I am in the third story of a four-story building, and there was a fire above my unit. While there was no fire in my unit, there was extensive flood damage. The emergency procedures were handled by someone else, and, the procedure was very slow. Once PPCR took over, everything moved along quite smoothly. I had a lot of restoration and also a lot of renovation and they helped me tremendously the site manager Matthias has been extremely helpful, always promptly answering telephone calls and emails, and generally soothing my anxiety. This company went above and beyond to help me. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
