Aaron was incredibly helpful with my minor tech repairs. I didn't think it was worth the hassle to ask, but Aaron was super kind and responsive to help me set up my Webcam to my computer. As a photographer, it's important that I can appear on Zoom and virtual meetings professionally and not having a functional Webcam was detrimental.With less then 15 minutes of our time, Aaron fixed the problem easily and completely virtually from the comfort of our own offices: cities away. He then helped with syncing my Google Calendar which I'd been struggling with for the last 6 months, causing me to occasionally mess up on meetings.Thank you Aaron for helping me with my IT software problems, the convenience and your friendliness.
