We're not allowed to have our backpacks in the hallway.They banned backpacks... in a school.Also, the 'academic challenge' program really needs some improvements. Allegedly they're making some changes, but the way some subjects are taught really isn't engaging, even though that's the whole point of the program.(I mean, it's a junior high school. What did you expect?)

I think it’s a really good school. A lot of the other reviews are bad but those are all from teenagers with nothing else to do and think the world sucks. I’ve been to other schools and this is way better compared to my last school. There are way more options for kids who have special needs or just simple learning disabilities. The anxiety and drama is very low compared to my old school

Ii am a student of Sir George Simpson and think that if you had to choose between another middle school and SGS you should choose the other school, some of the teachers are amazing but on my first day I was walking through the school with my hood on because I was shy then this teacher comes along and yanks it off my head, that teacher wasn't even my teacher!!!!

This is a fantastic school! Everyday I get greeted with a smile! The teachers and staff are amazing!
