We have been in this building for around 2 years now and happy with the service we received. The prices are reasonable and you have access to the internet, clean boardrooms and spotless kitchens. I highly recommend Palagon to any small business owner who is looking for a neat, private and quiet office.

The Palagon office supplied very neat, humanized and high efficient management and service during our business year 2017. And they are recently renovated completely, including new washrooms, amazing reception counter, brand new dining area, mailbox, etc. Besides, its location is absolutely convenient wherever you want to go, except peak hours to downtown. It is really an awesome office I strongly recommend. If it were not our business model, I would have continued to stay. Hope to work with them together again.

An amazing location for those starting their own business as well as any organization, regardless of the size, looking for a high class building with a convenient location. The customer service is outstanding, and the management is exceedingly supportive towards the tenants. I strongly recommend Palagon offices equally to small business owners and even large organizations. Rest assured your clients will be stunned from the moment they step into the building until they leave it.

we were there for a year. Not very cooperative staff when needed. It seems making their profit comes first for Palagon and despite what they say, there is not a real care system for clients.Worth mentioning that, there is no secretary in reception desk, when you enter the lobby/reception, there is no one sitting there which gives negative first impression to your client.Also, comparing other rental offices, inside of the building looks cheap. So, if you care about look and feel of your office and good services, think twice.The only positive side I can mention comparing other same companies is that the board rooms are open 24h.
