First time renting the auto trailer, got it to our pickup site and noticed one of the wheel straps is cut and useless. Not a pleasant experience.

I would give 0 if I could. Worst experience. Came to pickup my truck and the truck is stuck in ice. Not moving at all.The dealer says that I need to use my insurance to call a tow truck and get it towed.So annoyed like the truck hasn't moved an inch so why am I responsible for it. Not helpful dealer at all and doesn't take responsibility.

Extremely poor service. The person at the front wouldn’t serve us. She told us to step aside and then helped several other customers even tho we were there 10minutes before them. The guy loading the dolly onto the truck was unbelievably rude to us and yelled as us. Was not impressed with this place.

I did not have any reservation, and I need a truck immediately. They also help me with a very friendly altitude. We get a pick up truck in 15 mins. They also give me another bigger truck to choose, however, I choose the smaller one. They are trying to help you make your moving easier and cheaper. I was really surprised by their service, and I will come back when I need moving again. I will also suggest all my friends to come if they need to rent a truck.

The truck I got, wasn’t cleaned, was Greasy and smelled of bad body odour. I had to clean with Lysol wipes, gas was not full. Truck broke down in the middle of the road, power cut off. Took me over an hour and a half to get a hold of u-haul roadside. There was no cones in the truck to let other drivers know car is broken down. I had to stand outside in the heat and dust, getting bitten by mosquitoes and redirecting traffic. The whole experience was awful and I still did not get a call from u-haul. They finally sent me my receipt, rented on May 28th and returned May 29th. HORRIBLE experience it was, they had not serviced the u-haul I got in a long time. Extremely unhappy with the poor roadside wait time and how long it took to get a hold of them.

In and out in less than 10 minutes (I had signed up with everything online first) made for a great experience. No issues with the vehicle and drop off was simple. Only needed a picture of the gas level before and after using it (also mileage)

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked the U-Haul and they didn’t have any trucks for us, let alone what we booked. They sent us to another location, which also didn’t have a truck for us. We called customer service and have been transferred to many different customer service reps, all who gave us different stories. I have had positive experiences before, but this was completely unacceptable.

Nice friendly service, the truck was clean in and out, I will definitely come back to this location if I need Uhaul

Very helpful. I couldn’t use the trailer (my fault) returned it within 2 hours. Received a full refund which I didn’t expect. Two thumbs up.
