They allow unprepared Etsy sellers to waste your life while they take their time shipping no less than 10 packages one by one. Been here 45 minutes and no end in sight. Unbelievable. I’m just here to pickup a package …

They don’t answer their phone. My packages are never delivered the courier states “wasn’t home, or no answer” when in all actuality I’ve been at home and they simply don’t bother to get out of their vehicle and come into my building.Then when trying to complain the staff says there’s nothing they can do.

Location closes 4 hours earlier then they should.This location already reduced their hours.No very professional as it is a business.
