The instructors are awesome! Angus, Caryl and Carolena really take the time to break things down in a way that makes learning easier and fun! They give lots of tips; small details that help bring your dancing to another level. They really care about you improving and it shows. The community that they have built is also very welcoming, they make you feel part of the group!

Amazing instructors Teach here!! I'm thoroughly pleased with my experience thus far with Angus, Caryl & Carolena! As a left arm amputee l was really impressed with the team's ability to adapt the moves to suit my unique individual needs. It's one thing to dance and another complete skill-set to teach. The staff here are amazing teachers and they have decades of experience which shows in their teaching styles. I look forward to continue to come to their classes for many years to come. :) All around great times with my new Salsa family at iFreeStyle.

I took the On2 for On1 dancers workshop and it was really good for learning how to transition between the styles. Location is close to the subway. I'm sure any lessons taken there will be worth it and enjoyable.

The instructors here are amazing and the community is the best! My journey with iFreeStyle started with a salsa on2 workshop for on1 dancers and after that workshop I was hooked. The attention to detail, the clear explanations and the passion of the instructors are impressive. I love how dedicated Caryl, Angus and Carolina are to their students' progress and how friendly and welcoming they are. The students at this school are also dedicated to their dance journey and put in the effort and time in learning. It's also a fun group to hang out with and go dancing with!

ifreestyle is very unique and special place for any level of salsa dancers. For being a 10+ year-old establishment, it's neither cliquey nor culty. Instead, the place is full of great instructors and students alike who are all very humble, open and jolly.While they teach salsa partnerworks and shines in different levels, look out for gems like Caryl’s bachata, afrocuban, Angus’s boongaloo, pachanga, cha cha cha classes. Other classes like Musicality, ladies/mens styling, or dancer’s body, multiple turns will help you build a great foundation to cherish for the rest of dance journey either at a social or on a stage.

iFreeStyle is the best salsa school in the city, hands down. I joined them a year ago, mainly because of the proximity and convenience to where I live but I stayed because of the instructors and community.Angus, Caryl, and Carolena are knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to their craft and it shows in how they run the school. I've progressed more in the one year I've been with them than I have in the years prior to joining.I'd recommend iFreeStyle to anyone who wants to take their salsa skills to the next level!
