Bus is delayed daily . 15mins and more. They do not improve. Today it said 15mins delay but we waited for 1hour at stop . At the end it was some other driver who got bus. Don't know they have staff shortage. Or they are not professional and just taking kids and families for granted. I had meetings at work starting from 9am and I was waiting for but till 9:45. Who will compensate for my lost time. This is crazy daily delay is causing lot of frustration. School says they can not do anything about this as but company is different. I do not get it, bus service is for school and can not school complaint to bus service provider of delays ? This is very surprising that school says we can not do anything about these delays. Really frustrating

The bus is every day late. I have to wait more than 30-45 min on the bus station to pick up my daughter.

I take their buses every morning. Today, they were late and they showed up 20 minutes late to bring me home. Every year on the first day of school they never fail to be late, coming about 30 minutes after they are supposed to. There is no consistency with bus drivers and everyday we have someone new. As well, some bus drivers are completely rude. I once got blasted for being 1 minute late to the stop, when the day before, our driver had been 45 minutes late. Also to mention, I tried to call StopR to see why my bus had been late every morning, and was on hold for 2 hours. They seriously need to make a change in there schedules, attitude, and bus routes. This is unacceptable and damaging my education.

Worst busing ever! I get notifications that bus would be 60min late to pickup kids from school. I reached school in time the bell rings, only to find out the bus is arriving in few minutes! What is wrong with the bus drivers?? Buses are 90% late and so are there delayed messages. Notify parents correctly! The parents who have kids taking the bus all arrived to pick up their kids and were as frustrated as me! Do better!!

The office is always friendly and helpful when I call about bus updates.More importantly, my kids have always made it home safe - that's worth 5 stars to me.Regarding all the 1* reviews: I'm often half an hour late with two kids, can't imagine trying to move 100s safely.If buses are late there is probably a good reason. How about calling the office? The staff are courteous and prompt to offer an explanation.

Busses are delayed DAILY and notifications are never in real time! Delays are anywhere from 15m to over an hour and you’ll get notified 20m into the delay PFFTT! There have been times I’ve waited at the bus stop for my kids to be dropped off in -10 weather for over 30m because the notification wasn’t sent until after the fact. Absurdly ridiculous. There needs to be a better, more accurate way. 2 stars because our A.M. driver is a gem! Wish I could say the same for our P.M driver … they always drop off at different corners of the block and confuse the kids, the location of the stop isn’t the safest for the kids either due to a hidden offset intersection/stop sign and train tracks too!

Always unreliable. Hate that I have to reply on this company to get my daughter to school. Horrible Communication. My daughter has been stranded on multiple occasions, and when you complain, there is a major lack of accountability. I’ve had to leave work on multiple occasions to go pick up my daughter who’s gone back home which resulted in her constantly being late for school, which is a complete disruption to everybody’s day. It’s infuriating peel region should invest in more reliable operators, and a more reliable company, this is a complete joke.

This system is not working. Something needs to be done. The bus never showed up. Kids left the stop, went home or walked to school. Told us at the time school starts that they would be 20 then 30 minutes late. Yet nothing happens.

The bus is always late for more then 15 to 20 mins daily.Sometimes late by more than half an hour.There is no way I can put a complaint for a driver.In the cold season it gets more difficult for kids to wait outside.When I tried to tell the driver please come on time She just said I can not do anything???Even badly she said that drop off your child by your own if you have any problem.If anyoneknows how to put a complaint please let me know .
