Amazing the level of professional service and friendly staff!

I usually wouldn’t post a review but the experience I had at this store is one I’ll never forget. Not to get into too much detail but I was having a really bad day and had just gotten some terrible news, retail therapy usually cheers me up so I decided to visit your store as it’s new. While shopping I had the pleasure of meeting one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, who just so happens to be an employee of yours, Garrett. I was asked by this employee with a smile how my day was and without thinking I replied bad. The smile faded to a look of concern and Garrett politely said that he was sorry that I was having a bad day and asked if there was anything he could help me with in the store to make my day a little better. For the next 20 minutes this young man stood with me and listened to me rant about my woes and offered some kind words and another friendly smile. I don’t think he could have realized how much our interaction and his kindness helped me and for a minute reminded me that the world isn’t all that bad.Garrett if you ever see this thank you for being you and having a kind heart and listening to some crazy old lady vent in a pet food isle. I hope the world sends you back all the kindness you put onto others tenfold. You honestly deserve it.To the Ren’s company thank you for hiring such kind and compassionate people, although my experience with Garrett was the most meaningful, every staff member I encountered greeted me with a kind smile and a hello.

What a joke . As a dog groomer I purchased a grooming blade there I went home and it was absolutely useless product . Would not cut and completely broken . I went back to exchange it . All I got was attitude from a female and male employee saying they can’t take it back because it touched the dog. Obviously as a groomer you don’t know a product is junk until you try it . So here I am out $40 after purchasing a garbage product and all I got was attitude instead of replacing the junk they sold !!! Groomers buy your blades at Pet Smart or online cause this place does not value you as a customer and won’t take back broken product they sold you .
