Fraser Valley Heritage Railway

Great experience for people of all ages. I took my grandpa there and he had a great time on the railway adventure.

Wow what a wonderful experience!! This is great for anyone who loves trains! The train was rebuilt was well and so much attention to detail was taken. But the true stars of the show were the staff, they were sssooooo lovely and kind and friendly, I can't say enough nice things about they. The one gentleman who was giving the tour was incredibly knowledgeable as well, highly recommended going if you know anyone that loves trains!

Mom's 76 birthday staff and all employees who are volunteers made my mother birthday a special day. The service excellent and the staff employees were very friendly helpful and sang happy birthday on the train highly recommend going great experience if you never been on the train handicap access special electronic ramp,we will be back.Thank you so much for treating us with such a wonderful day Jinna family..

Fun! The streetcar is just beautifully restored and it's so peaceful, like stepping back in time, taking the ride through the farmland. The barn tour is also worth it to see the ongoing restoration projects. Loved it!!

We took my elderly parents on this train today, thinking it might bring back memories. It's an electric trolley style car that used to run in the early to mid 1900's, and is beautifully restored and run well by enthusiastic and knowledgeable people. The ride, however, is uninteresting and bland as far as the scenery goes. You follow a highway and roads, see a bit of farmland and cross a very narrow river and see junk everywhere along the track. You ride out to a point on the track and then stop and go right back the way you came. Go for the trolley, the history and the experience. Don't go for great scenery! Parking is free, tickets are a reasonable price for the ride but we were disappointed that they were charging an additional fee to see the barn. We didn't pay the extra, and left instead.

Such an amazing experience!! I have a couple of train nuts in my family so we went here for Father's Day and it was awesome!Everyone was dressed in costumes, and all the volunteers were happy, friendly and well informed. I loved how everyone waved to us when we passed them and all of the history, the website is superb and very easy to purchase tickets off of; I would recommend purchasing tickets before hand so that everything is hassle freeThis is definitely a ' must do at least once' experience!!!!

This place was awsome! For sure the thing that stood out was the staff. All love to have a laugh, tell a story and learn something new. The passion and intrest everyone had was incredible. When you get to try out the velocipede all the volunteers come to watch and have a chuckle with you.Great spot to spend an hour to an hour and a half. Lots of history and tales.

Had a great train ride! All the staff (they are all volunteers) were absolutely wonderful and you could feel their enthusiasm for their work. I really enjoyed myself. The only thing I might have changed was going with another adult instead of my 5 year old son. I thought it would be something fun and different for us to do together but the truth is it seemed I enjoyed myself far more than he did. He seemed to be bored rather quickly, though he wasn't paying any attention to the interesting facts being told by the conductor. Some of the other younger kids also seemed to get a bit stir crazy by the end. I would definitely recommend coming with another adult (rather than a young child) who could better appreciate the interesting history of the railway. Everyone involved in the maintenance and running of this railway are doing an absolutely wonderful job! Thank you for all your time and the work you all put in to keeping the railway and it's history alive!

Such a charming team of volunteers! Made our visit even more enjoyable. We came with our two preschoolers and we had a wonderful experience immersing ourselves in history. Every part of the tour was well thought out and done with great intention. We'd love to visit again!
