Worst chalet soup ever had. Waitress very nice but forgot to bring dipping sauce for chicken. Ceasar salad drenched in dressing. Not a good experience.

Great food here. You can customize your burger with different toppings and sauces. Also great onion rings. Chicken meals too. Our go to place when are in Bridgewater.

Omgoodness at drive-thru right now and person on window had to be told 4 times what we wanted then we want to changed the fountain pop to bottle and was told no it only comes with fountain pop (bs.. last time we order the same meal we upgraded to bottled). Needless to same if we come again and hear same voice we will be driving away not a happy customer

The entire team at Swiss Chalet and Harvey’s in Bridgewater are so friendly and accommodating! The food is delicious and resturant is always clean as a whistle. It’s a favorite spot to stop to visit the drive thru or dining in!

I always order the chicken dinner with the salad as a side instead of fries. Always delicious and happy with my meal and healthier than with fries. Pleasant staff and speedy service.

I ordered the quarter chicken dark, it was small and part of the drum stick was missing. The fries were not that fresh but the service was fast and friendly.

Our party of six for a Christmas lunch were well looked after by the staff and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal except myself. I ordered a chicken club wrap with a side salad. The club was stone cold, had no sauce and had surplus wrap. I asked the server - why is it served cold. The answer was it is made earlier that morning and is served cold. I've never had a cold chicken club. I'd expect at least the chicken to be warm but I guess if it's made earlier then that's not going to happen, is it? The bottom line is that I was charged $13.95 for, in my humble opinion, a sub-standard meal. Rather than take too much issue about this in the company of others, I'm choosing to write this review to help others make more pleasing menu selections.

This used to be a good restaurant. Unfortunately not anymore. We had the quarter chicken with fries. The only thing edible was the chicken. The fries were overcooked and cold, absolutely no flavor. The roll that came with it was like a rock. Our waitress dropped off our food and we never saw her again until she came back to see if we wanted dessert. We complained about not being able to eat most of the meal, she seemed very unconcerned. Very disappointingWill not go back

Super friendly staff greeted us as we entered and we were quickly seated. Our server was also super friendly and quickly took our drink order and returned ready to answer our questions and take our order. Dinner was delicious! Chicken was nice and juicy not at all dry like it can tend to be. Overall it was a great experience!
