This place was excellent the food and service were absolutely amazing. Amanda served us she is so friendly and welcoming as well. We started with the charcuterie board which was beyond amazing for the mains we got the ravioli pinwheel and pan seared cod with smashed potatoes and veggies, this fish takes the number one spot for me it was phenomenal! The atmosphere was excellent my fiancé loved the perfume they have in the bathroom lol. I would certainly eat here again. Thanks to Amanda and all the staff! Hats off to the chef.

I went here for Valentine’s Day last year and it was insanely over priced! It was over $300 and we drank water… The food was okay but ridiculously priced, I’d recommend that you go to The Keg instead. The staff was nice on the bright side and it was a very cute fancy small restaurant. If you aren’t rich though I do not recommend this restaurant.

We had an amazing experience, Amanda was our server and was wonderful. She paid close attention to detail! The food was delicious, the steak was a great portion size and the feature pickerel didn’t disappoint. The ingredients were all fresh and local - and she even let us sample a lovely hand crafted desert provided by a young local entrepreneur. Highly recommend!

Great eatery in Peterbrough. Enjoyed their lobster special with a garlic cream sauce with zucchini. Snap peas and onions. Partner had fresh walleye and we splitvtge three cheese caramelized onion dip. Great wine ad excellent service

Visited for a special occasion, the staff was genuinely warm and engaging. Quite frankly they were the perfect precursor for an amazing meal. The four of us shared a paella which was extraordinary as the rice was perfect and flaky and the seafood within the dish was absolutely a perfect along with the sausage. My particular appetizer was a lobster ceviche That was rich and sauces and the flavour of the lemon. The desert which I took home was the most amazing carrot cake. Needless to say the special occasion was a success and a good time was had by all.

Very unique twist on dishes. The warm salad was delicious as was the special, trout with a beer lime sauce. We had a few dishes and all were very tasty. Pleasant staff, nice atmosphere.

Can't say enough good about Amandalas. Every table has real flowers.Started with three cheese and onion dip with naan bread. Bread was super soft and dip was hot and full of flavor.Had the filet, cooked perfectly and off menu shrimp/scallop pasta dish which was unbelievable.Dessert was chefs special, came flaming and very tasty.Love their cocktails too. Will be back very soon.

My husband and I have been here multiple times with zero complaints. The servers are always very pleasant and attentive. Amanda, the owner, is usually present to ensure a great experience. I’m not sure what the person ordered who reviewed that they spent over $300 and only drank water…? Our bills are nothing like that and we order wine. We try to make this our go to place for special occasions.

Best meal I’ve ever had was from Chef Simon. He has great one off specials, I’ve never ordered off the menu and always trying something new! Amanda is the nicest host and owns the best fine dining restaurant in town. Unique experience you won’t find anywhere else! (Their desserts are amazing too)
