Staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended bringing in an online coupon really makes a difference and can add up!

Michael's makes ordering online to pick up in store really easy. I looked online to see if what I wanted was in stock, ordered it and received an email within two hours that it was ready for pickup. Super quick and convenient.

This is our go-to Michael's store. The stock is good and staff are often friendly and helpful. Dylan from the frame shop was very helpful and patient as we talked through options for a coaches gift and how best to use coupons to reduce the cost. During the week, the store operates with limited staff, and finding help can sometimes be challenging, which is the rationale for the 4 star review. There are more people around to help on the weekends but you have to be careful because that means you're shopping in South Common on the weekend. If you need consultation and help on a project you need to go on the weekend but if you only need supplies than I recommend going during the week so you miss the wild traffic brought by weekend shoppers.

Love the service I get here and the great selection of arts and crafts! Some of the items can be a little pricey at regular price, so it's nice that they have coupons. I normally do my shopping for special days (Christmas, Halloween, etc.) when they have their clearance sales, which are usually 70% off. If I can't find a certain art item, chances are high that I'll find it here!

Michaels is pretty disappointing these days. Good luck finding anyone to help you. Many shelves are empty or low on stock.It's not so much an art store as it is now a gimmicky homesense. Still one of the only good places for art supplies but prices are high and availability is sparse and thus location always reminds me of that

There are so many things I'd love to buy...The staff is very helpful, offering help if needed and polite. I enjoy going to this store.
