The owner, Max, is quite professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with one of the best fingerprint service experiences I've ever had in years! He has a vast knowledge regarding the police clearance report that I needed, which resulted in saving a lot of unnecessary costs that I had to bear. The service was quick, easy, and professional. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Cross-Checks for RCMP background checks, and have used their services twice now for immigration purposes. Excellent customer service, available by email and phone to walk through any instructions or questions. Quick and efficient. Very satisfied.

I did my fingerprints here, after 20 days still I haven't received any result in the mail. After contacting them, they said I have to call RCMP Ottawa!More expensive than Police office.Not recommended.

Very professional and efficient. They are accredited by RCMP to do digital fingerprinting and criminal record checks and have competitive rates compared with RCMP. They are open during the COVID situation by appointment (while RCMP detachment in Coquitlam has not yet opened their fingerprinting services at the front counter due to COVID) and they accommodated me with the same day appointment. The office is clean and sanitized as well. Highly recommend!

I contacted Cross Checks by phone initially and Erin was an absolute gem in providing clear and concise information to the questions I had, just all around very helpful.I then booked myself an appointment for the following day using their website, it was a quick and clear process.The office itself is small but very clean and well maintained, nice bright aesthetics. I required a Digital Finger RCMP Check, Erin was the person I dealt with in the office and she was incredibly thorough, very kind and just an all round pleasure to deal with!To add, it would have ended up a lot more costly without Cross Checks services. Very disappointing experience, spend more than 3 hours here, I think there was a technical problem with the printer for my photos, however after all that time and the money I spend the pictures were bad taken at the end, low quality and not even as needed it. I’m gonna go londondrugs and take the photos again. Fingerprints were okay (hopefully) I have to wait until the papers go to Mexico and see if it is accepted. The guy was very kind but I was as well, I should have asked for my money back. We went this place because it was recommended, we drove long distance to get there with a very bad weather, my husband lost a work day because of this appointment and all for nothing.

I needed a RCMP criminal record check with fingerprints to apply for a residency permit (F2) for South Korea. Unfortunately, I was doing it very last minute (on purpose because of how Korean immigration operates) and the RCMP was unable to help me. Cross Checks was able to do it for me. I am really grateful because without their help it would have ended up costing me $500 and taking a lot more time and effort (everything included). Their service was friendly and professional.Additionally, their service is a few dollars cheaper ($94 dollars total vs $65 + 7 + $25 = $97) and it’s actually much more convenient than the RCMP. The RCMP requires a certified check, Cross Checks includes this in their fee. That’s one less 30 minute trip to the bank.They are really nice people and very helpful. 5 stars from me.
