We ordered two drinks. It was ready very fast, tasted good for the first minute, after that absolutely watery taste. I am not going there again, and do not recommend this place for bubble tea.

Omg!!!! CHA HOUSE IS THE BEST EVER THEY NOT ONLY HAVE THE BEST BUBBLE TEA BUT THEY HAVE AMAZING EMPLOYEES I ORDER ALMOST EVERYDAY FROM SKIP THE DISHES AND I ASK FOR LOTS OF BLACK BOBA BALLS AND TODAY THEY SENT ME A CUP FULL OF THEM IM LIKE IN DREAM LAMD IM SO HAPPY....THABK YOU CHA HOUSE FOR NEVER DISSAPOINTING

I asked them to put the Pearl aside, they said no unless I pay to the extra $0.25 for the cup. I asked can I have an extra straw also said no, need to pay extra as well. I have never seen a business like this, trying to make money from everything. The Asian girl who talked to me also didn’t sound patient.

The staff are all so nice and friendly. One of them even worn a Christmas Turkey hat! They really provide good vibe to customer for drinking bubble tea. The Brown Sugar fresh milk with bubble are amazing, although I cannot choose the sugar and ice level but is just right! Not too sweet and I love it. Highly recommend to you all and please check it out!

I ordered a milk tea without bubbles and they gave it to me only half filled. I asked why it wasn’t filled all the way they said it’s because I ordered it without bubbles. Other cha places are not like this if you don’t have tapioca balls in your drink they just fill it to the top with tea. This place is a scam

Really good. Ordered peach fruit tea and love the sweet flavour and the pearls were soo good! Definitely going to visit again :)))

The Asian girl who worked there yesterday had very bad attitude towards customers. She might be upset about something else but she shouldn’t lash out on customers. I don’t know why but she was taking our orders in a very mad voice and she kept questioning us for ordering 2 drinks. No customer deserves a bad attitude like that for doing nothing…

The employees are really nice, they gave out the drinks really fast and the boba are really tasty !!!
