Glen was great! it was his first time at our home and he knew my dog's name and lots of little things about the property. Highly recommend!

Chad showed up to my house nice and early. He was so kind and patient. I told him I have cancer and that I was worried about some of the products he was going to use. I didn’t want anything that was going to hurt myself out my dog. He was super patient and he explained everything he was going to do. He fully put me at peace. I’m so glad I signed up for their service. Chad is the man and the service is top level!

About a month ago, Insight Pest Solutions attended my residence to perform their initial service. The two guys who attended - Chad and (sorry, I forget the name) - were professional. They took the time to listen to the information I provided regarding the pest issues at my residence. While doing their work, it was quite obvious they took into account everything I provided them about where we have some problems. The guys were professional, courteous and efficient. Last week I requested they return since we still had an issue with ants (all outside of my house)... and that we also had a new problem with earwigs around hot tub and skeeter vac. Chad returned for the second visit. He was once again professional yet grounded. I took him on a walk around my property to show him some of the issues that I had found. Chad provided me with some information about earwigs and what I could do to help keep them away from the hot tub. He then proceeded to spray, dust and drop pellets around the property to deal with the pests. Fantastic job! There is absolutely no doubt that Chad (and presumably the company as well) truly cares about dealing with the issues; he was not at my home because he had to be, he was there because he wanted to do what he could to solve the problems. I love it. The service we have received from Insight has been significantly better than the company we previously utilized. Further, the customer service provided by Chad (and his cohort on the first visit) was phenomenal... he certainly was not being lean on the bait and preventative sprays and dusting. Thanks for your work at my place so far, guys. I appreciate your integrity and work ethic.

We had the pleasure of meeting Glen S. for our initial service. Glen was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although the service could not be completed due to weather and supply issue, he reassured us that it would be completed very soon. Looking forward to NOT seeing pests in our home.

Technician was very amicable and did what he could despite the rain. Said a follow-up visit was required to complete the remaining services that could not be done. Was not happy the company did a full billing immediately to my credit card despite not completing the services without at least a phone call or email to confirm a follow-up date. Will wait to see how long before services are completed.

They sprayed for ants, insects,rodents,bugs,spiders etc. then two weeks after they sprayed -we had even more ants on our deck and in the house . .(Compared to when we took care of it ourselves.) We called the company numerous times to let them know we still had bugs and with very long waits on the phone. Wait times were 16 + minutes then it would go to voice mail. We left messages and still two days later no one returned our calls. Very poor service We do not recommend them. Once you sign the papers and they get your money they are not reachable.

Extremely pleased with Kirsten's work and her attention to details. Very polite and accommodating.Unable to comment on the effectiveness of the chemical application at this point as the service was only completed two (plus) days ago. So far, so good.CheersRick

Mrs Laura came to the house; her bubbly ,approachable and friendly attitude immediately made us feel safe and comfortable! We utilized a different company for the last two years. One visit/spray, quick bi-monthly visit. Received three emails stating late payment... never received a notification or bill!Due to our location, multi cameras are surrounding the property.I apologize but I did follow the whereabouts of the technician and methods utilized.Laura was doing a professional research of all trails, on her knees to assess the situation at all possible locations on our property. She loves animals and our large GSP, Chief, fell in Love immediately. After all the kisses, she went to work. Upon completion, she came back for more kisses.As a 29 year high ranking military veteran, I can tell you; I would steal Laura, based on her dedication, knowledge and her Herculean efforts to get the job done "!"

This is my first experience with this company. The representative, Kirsten, arrived as forecast. She explained all the steps she would undertake. She promptly ans efficiently undertook them and reported back to me. On completion. I am entirely satisfied with the service provided, and look forward to a ‘pest free’ summer.

Sales person who came to door was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain services and do a walk around.The service tech who performed the services was excellent, sorry forget his name.He explained what and why he did what he did and answered all the questions I had as I pointed out problem areas.This was the first visit and application so time well tell how effective it was, we are looking forward to positive results.
