The Puppy Patch Mobile Pet Spa

This was my dogs first experience with a groomer. Jamie was amazing and he looks awesome. The convenience of her coming to our home and for the price will absolutely use her again.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I booked an appointment for my small dog in the afternoon so he could get a shave. I was a little bit uneasy about booking in the afternoon because it was a nice day and I wanted to take my Young son to the park.I ended up booking for 12 o'clock, And 12 o'clock came so I ended up calling the business, wondering where she was ,and she mentioned that she wasn't going to be on time because she was still working on another dog.She ended up showing up about two hours later but when she pulled up she didn't apologize or say anything.In most situations if you were running a business and you're making your customers wait you would apologize and say oh sorry.Not only that but she didn't even call me to say that she was running behind she was very disrespectful of my time, and very unprofessional.She was supposed to come back and trim my dogs nails because I did pay her $100, I never heard from her again.I would not recommend her.

My dog is very anxious at the vet and hates getting her nails trimmed. I contacted The Puppy Patch Mobile Pet Spa (Jamie) and she came to my house to trim my dog's nails. She was AMAZING! Very patient and accommodating with my anxious pup.

Our dog had no itching whatsoever after his trim with The Puppy Patch Mobile Service, unlike his usual groomer's place. He seemed way more calmer possibly because of the one-on-one service she offers. And the price? It was basically what we usually pay at any groomers...but without the wasted time, gas and worry! Will we use her service again? Yes.I never personally met the owner, however my friend said that she was very nice and out pooch wasn't a bit nervous with her.

seems like a regular occurrence for this company to ghost clients and not show up for appointments with no explanation. pretty unprofessional
