FedEx OnSite

This delivery guy came in to my main apartment building but didn't bother to knock at my apartment door but left the door tag.I called customer service and they asked me to drive to Kent before 6 to pickup my package. When I reached here at kent, they are saying they don't have the package with them but come back tomorrow 12pm. Disgusting customer service and management.

The delivery person did not use my buzzer despite having the number to do so. I contacted them and requested they send it again, and provided them with the buzzer number. They again did not buzz me and said it was the last attempt.I then drove to their location when gas is $1.90/litre ($6.50 or so per gallon) to pick the package up.When I contacted FedEx regarding refunding me the cost of delivery (they didn't deliver the package now did they?) I was provided a multi-step process to request a review so that I MIGHT get my money back.I will not order from any company using FedEx for a very long time.
