I update my previous review, Sam communicated with me and was very very kind and active in solving the problems, answer all emails always clarifying all my doubts, then Leyla contacted me, sending the documents that my daughter uses, she was stopped at the airport for not having the permit, but with the documents that Leyla sent, they gave her a permit to stay in Canada, Leyla was always attentive and available on her cell phone for anything that was offered to my daughter or me, even during business hours late at night or early in the morning. Later, at the airport, my daughter was granted a permit to enter the country (the student visa is missing) Leyla contacted me and we spoke by phone, she told me that even though my daughter already has the permit, they are processing the student visa. student and that as soon as they have it they will send it to me. (Once I have this document, I will update this review, since it is what is being processed and canadapt promised to continue in the process until it is obtained). It was a very long road but finally the document that allows my daughter to be in Canada was obtained, all the documents that Leyla presented were correctly entered, since at the airport the officials were able to corroborate them and thus be able to give her the permit to stay in Canada. Thank you very much for being available all the way that my daughter traveled alone, it was a great support.

From the first time I was able to speak with Jorge about my process of becoming a Canadian citizen and renewing my PR, he has been patient, efficient and very good with his communication. Despite the unforeseen events that we have had, Jorge has always had a solution. I 100% recommend their services!

DO NOT USE THEM never return my calls or emails and do not do any work to get TFW here have been waiting over 4 month to get any answers leaves people hanging. The Agency is a BIG SCAM just take peoples money and run. They are a joke never have worked with a worse company before. I would give them a zero star or negative star if i could. STAY WAY FROM CANADAPT!!!!!Save your money and use some other agency!!!!

When we began this process, it really seemed daunting and over-whelming and Leyla truly assisted with offering her assistance whenever she could. Canadapt Consulting has truly been professional & helpful. We are truly grateful for their assistance throughout this process. In addition to all of Leyla's hardwork and communication, Sam was also great. I would highly recommend them for immigration matters.

Leyla has been saying that she is sick since 2019, and she has been using her mental health issue since then until now .If you are sick, STOP WORKING , do not take any clients.Instead, she takes clients , takes their money, and lies to them.She forged government receipts, gave people her sweet lies and hopes until people realize she has ruined their lives.Leyla is the only consultant working for Canadapt because she owned it with her husband .If you are one of her victims,please take your time to report her, to the police and to RCICs.

Leyla is very approachable and tries to respond to every query. I recently got my PGWP approved through them. Looking forward to working with them ahead.

Leyla Mammadova is no longer authorized representative any services received from her should be considered invalid. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Mammadova has been the worst I have ever had. She was negligent in handling my affairs, causing me to lose both time and money.I am deeply disappointed with the quality of services provided by Ms. Mammadova, and I cannot in good conscience recommend her to anyone else. I encourage you to take appropriate action to protect your own interests.

My wife was on a 10 year multiple entry visitor visa which we obtained from another Immigration office. Her 6 months was coming up quickly for an exit and we didn't know what to do.We met Sam at the Yonge office and he put our minds at ease. His team worked quickly and efficiently to apply for Permanent residency so my wife did not have to exit Canada which was our ultimate goal. As well, switched her visitor visa to a work permit application so she will be able to work while waiting for her PR, and their price was very reasonable. Big thanks to Victoria as well. This a warning for everyone, please do not ruin your own life.We have reported Leyla to the police . She will be investigated, arrested and charged for the 2nd time . If you are one of the victim, please go to the police and file a report. Don't let her get away after she ruined your life.She will continuously use her health as an excuse to get away and scamming you.This is a valid and legit review. Leyla is a founder and owner of Canadapt . There is no such thing as a new management.
