Chef Shauna is an amazing instructor! I have attended a few of her cooking classes now and I always look forward to the next one. She is so passionate about what she does and is a fantastic teacher. The amount of knowledge she has in regards to cooking and nutrition is outstanding. If you haven't yet, I would definitely attend a cooking class. You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing classes, amazing people, and most importantly, amazing food! You can go out and spend around the same amount of money to just go to a restaurant for an hour but here, you get to learn how to make your own amazing meal and make a night out of it. There are often leftovers too so bring your Tupperware containers!

Dan and his LIVE WELL BUILD crew built the exact fence i envisioned... excellent craftsmanship and materials .Also, after construction the site was restored perfectly and both my neighbor and I are 100% satisfied.Thanks Dan
