We wanted to get home insurance for our new place. Contacted Carolyn (who worked in this branch) and for some reason she seemed disinterested in giving us the quotes. We did not have possession of the house yet and she wanted to know the details of the circuit breaker amperage in the house along with the type of plumbing material used. While we understand that these details might be relevant, the demeanor with which she carried out the conversation the entire time was somewhat dismissive and surprising to us. Fed up with all the obscure questions coming from her end, I gave her my email address and asked her to send me all the questions she had, so that we could consult with the builder / real estate agent - and she readily agreed. And in the typical Vancouverite fashion, she ghosted us. No emails or phone calls since then. Maybe some people get paid just to show up and attend phone calls at this place. Very disappointed with the service at this particular branch. After waiting for a couple of days, we consulted a branch of the same insurance company in Maple Ridge and the agents (Kourtney & Melanie) were patient with us and provided us with the home insurance quotes.

The Indian woman who served me was fast efficient and gave me exactly what I needed. Great!

I went to this office in order to renew my insurance. The old lady in the front desk was unable to help me, because I arrived 30min before closing time. Not really happy with their service.

Messed up with my policy.. I went to another branch to do some changes with my policy but they can't find it as they made a mistake.. End up paying to cancel the policy and redoing it..

Called for a quote today and was told I need to come in, during a world pandemic. And I work with vulnerable people. The person who answered the phone was very rude and abrupt.
