Went there in the morning had a quick peek at my muffler problem. Told me bring it back at 3:00 and he'd slide it in between jobs. Put it on the Hoist at 3:00 a little more complicated than he thought but it was out of there by 4:00. Great service strongly recommend

Great Services ! He helped us right away after 15 mechanic tell us they were busy we were having an issue with our truck and pulling RV to Tofino , we were so worry and concerning about this issue , thank God someone recommended this place and I believe his name was Mark helped us very knowledgeable! These guys saved my whole island trip back in july 2022! Rear wheel bearing was shot on my 99 4Runner. After many shops including the local toyota told me at least 2 weeks of waiting, these guys saved the day and got me in within 2 days and had my vehicle ready to go within 3 hours! Highly reccomend their service!

I hired Ace Automotive to do a B.C. Inspection on a used vehicle that I had purchased I. Edmonton and had my cousin drive here to Port Alberni! From the very start of our relationship I was impressed by the professional service of the person answering the phone! They did a wonderful job and identified a few things that needed repair/replacement! I was expecting a much larger bill then I got and was very pleased with their work! My car began to leak coolant and so had to pull over and get it towed. These guys began looking at my car immediately upon arrival, ensuring I got on the road again within an hour. Fantastic service would recommend to anyone!

As I write this my car is with Rick at Ace Automotive. We have had our car work done there for about 10 yrs.(maybe more) today I went in with a brake problem Rick knowing it is my only car hopped in drove me home and took my car to the shop. My comment to him was the same as we have come to use fix what ever you find needs doing" no need for me to ask for a quote or limit the area of the car to work on. What will happen as it always does is the only work done will be what is required the car will be repaired correctly the bill will be honest and reasonable. It is great having a shop where you do not need to worry about cost
