Lundy's Lane Dental Office

1 star because of poor scheduling, communication and reception issues. Dr Zina is an angel and I am very sad to leave this office. Myself, my partner, younger brother and mom will all be switching offices.Very dissapointed with the way this office has been run lately. We've had our last 5 appointments rescheduled with short notice, causing issues with work schedules. The most recent incident left an absolutely horrible taste in our mouthes. They called to reschedule on Thursday, for our appointment on the following Tuesday. We called to confirm that the time works for us but we never heard back about the appointment for Monday morning at 9am. They are closed all weekend so we had to guess if our spot was booked and if we were going in or not first thing Monday morning. I am getting married this week and planned my visit around my wedding.Their phone states they are open until 1pm on Friday, so we took a drive to the office from Welland to speak to the receptionist since they had not returned or answered our multiple phone calls. Nobody was there, so we had to call the Welland branch for appointment details. Not sure why I'm scheduling my own appointments and doing them a favor by running everywhere and calling everyone. What an absolute waste of gas and time.It seems that as of late they've had nothing but scheduling conflicts and inconsistent receptionists. After over a year and many appointments, showing up on time, paying our bills for multiple fillings, and great communication with them as clients, we will not be returning anymore.It's funny how once the bulk of our dentistry work is completed (multiple fillings for both my partner and I after years of not having dental insurance), they start treating us poorly. What a shame because I really did enjoy going to this office.

The service here is amazing! Everyone is so kind and considerate. I had a cleaning with Tianna and it was an awesome experience. She took her time and talked me through it. A few days later i had a procedure done by Dr. Cameron and Carissa, and it was a breeze. I was so relaxed that i fell asleep during the procedure... lol.Their front desk team ( Megan, Taylor and Jessica) always keep me up to date with my appointments, and ensures that I am aware of what to expect for my visit.This is one of the best dental offices I have ever visited. Their team will ensure that you get exactly what you need in a timely manner to make your smile a little brighter!

From someone who has been to many different dental offices, I have always had such a wonderful, comfortable, warm, and welcoming experience at this one! Everyone from the receptions, to the hygienists, and the dentists are so exceptional at their jobs, and provide such a safe place for the patients. Dr.Zena has the hands of an angel and I refuse to let any other dentist near my mouth ever again. The touch of her hand is so delicate, that it makes all dental visit anxiety go away! You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to help relive any pain, concerns or discomfort they may face. I have always had such a fun and safe interaction with both the hygienists and the dental assistants, they start to feel like friends! You are going to absolutely adore the receptionist, Megan, she is so sweet with her words and always tries to work around my busy schedule. The cleanliness of the office, and the welcoming aura's of this staff are incomparable! I doubt I will ever feel this excited to go to my dentist LOL

You absolutely feel like you are cared for and are family at this dental office!:) All of the girls, from the front office to the back are extremely friendly, attentive, professional and just masters at their individual crafts! I used to dread going to the dentist, but I am happy to have been introduced to this dental office! You girls have definitely made a raving fan and client out of me!:)

Unfortunately i had a horrible experience with this clinic. I do NOT recommend- especially if you are a nervous patient.I am a person who gets extremely anxious about dental procedures and politely made this clear from the start. The staff was not at all considerate or accommodating of this. I specifically requested laughing gas when booking, requested it again when they called me DAY OF my appointment to ensure it was available for which i was assured it was not an issue.When i arrived to my appointment the hygienist came into the room and began the procedure without so much as saying hello or stating her name. Horrible rapport. She was VERY sick- coughing, sniffing, sneezing the entirety of my cleaning and did not even have the decency to turn her head away to cough while she was inside of my mouth. She was double masked however was not wearing N95- unacceptable. I understand people need to work to make money however not at the expense of the health of the patient. She was also very rough and my teeth did not feel clean like they have in the past after a cleaning. She did not mention or ask if i wanted fluoride which is astounding to me considering i was there for a cleaning and cavity fillings.The dentist came afterwards and was about to start my cavity fillings without having given me the gas I requested. He states he took a course but has not received his certificate. I questioned why he was going to start when I had 3-4 separate conversations with front desk about my needs. He awkwardly started at me and basically just slowly walked out of the room without much of an explanation or apology.When i gently brought up my issues while cashing out the girl on desk (she was lovely) stated she was currently doing 2 jobs for hours now and had no idea where the receptionist was. She then proceeded to tell me she does not know why i was booked the way i was and not to worry because they fired the girl who booked me in (Amber)When i emailed to cancel any upcoming appointments and explained i felt i had had a horrible experience and did not feel comfortable returning the response from reception was so dismissive as if i had not just made a complaint.Yikes. Unprofessional is an understatement.

I highly recommend this dental office. Very clean, Megan the receptionist is nice. The location is so convenient. The price is reasonable, affordable & very considerate especially when you have no dental insurance. I didn't expect to give me another discount for this visit. They are very helpful indeed. Though they spent more time, Dr. Kamran did thorough examination, explained & answered all my questions so patiently and Laura (hygienist) since I met her she's very helpful. Lately I've seen Dr. Zina, she's a nice young lady dentist, very gentle & listens to your concerns. She always makes you comfortable, inform you the cost of procedure & give you time to decide. Very helpful!

Greetings!I am a 43 year old single mom of 2.I have no insurance benefit coverage for health issues like my glasses, and dental work.I had not been to a dentist since October of 2004.I have had 3 dentist sessions at LUNDYS LANE DENTAL and all 3 times I was extremely satisfied with the service and with how they treated me in my panic over the cost of the procedures I needed.There is a woman who works there named LAURA... she is the assistant, she is one of the kindest people I ever met. She was so kind to me and just really helped me stay calm thru the procedures. Shes a really intelligent and fun person and I feel thankful she was with me.I needed x Ray's, a teeth cleaning and that was done for around $150.00Then they had to pull one of my teeth because it was broken and that cost $235.00.Today I went to get 3 cavitys filled and that cost $717.00.Today my Doctor was Dr.Zina, this total bombshell, GORGEOUS WOMAN! She answered all of my questions and was just a terrific lady!I hate the dentist.I hate that I have to work hard and save money to go.And I hate flossing.But going to see these ladies, and Megan at the front desk who is just lovely and bright and a totally beautiful person made it much easier.They made it a fun experience and I reccomend this place if you need any kind of dental work done because they are super professional and efficient and they can handle anxiety ridden chatter boxes like me.Thanks for fixing my perfect smile!

First time i had visited the clinic they accomodated me for my cleaning on the same day… I enjoy my dentist appointment they are so warmth and professional… I noticed a standard patient interaction the way they did the procedures….. higy recommended! -LiezelG

Absolutely love this dental clinic! My husband and I have been going here for over a year. We've had extremely terrible experiences in the past with dental offices so we had big fears going in. We had to get root canals, fillings, cleanings (the full works) because of how long we waited due to our horrible experience. These guys made us feel so at ease, their work is impeccable, and all the staff are very friendly and understanding. We highly recommend them!!!
