Grace Drug Store

A lovely place and the staff who work there are very nice and this five star is mostly because of that. Its a small clinic but they care about you and provide a great service to every client they have. If you are looking for a great place to buy your medication I recommend visiting this place.

Great customer service!Jigar Patel, Pharmacist, was extremely helpful, patient, communicative and kind to me and my parents. I have elderly parents and Jigar took calls from a doctor from University Hospital and coordinated with them to get my father on blister packs. He took the time to explain how he was going to divide up the drugs and how he will deliver them to my parents before each 4 week cycle. I have been to numerous pharmacies but Grace Pharmacy went above and beyond to help my parents. I cannot express how grateful I am.Clearly, I highly recommend grace Pharmacy for their customer service, attentiveness and because they care and are extremely kind.Thank you Jigar and thank you Grace Pharmacy!

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. The pharmacist was extremely patient in supporting my adult child with special needs as they were getting their COVID booster.I also had my booster their and they have been consistently patient and friendly with all of the customers I observed come into their store.

Excellent service. Was calling around to get an earlier appointment for my 2nd COVID vaccine and he let me know they had more coming in a couple of days and to call back. Called back a couple of days later and got an appointment that day for my wife and I. I'm not good with needles, so he suggested I recline and relax in our SUV in the parking lot while he administered the dose there. What fantastic service from a true professional who cares about customers.

Recommend him over big brand pharmacies - cares for people like patients not customers.Kept us in the loop about when COVID vaccines became available at his pharmacy and administered them in a timely manner without a hassle. (We were able to avoid the big vaccination centres and long waits.)Takes his time in explaining meds and confirms understanding.
