When I asked for assistance in navigating the website, I received an incredibly rude response. They spoke down to me because I didn't know where to find the information I needed on the site. I would never book with them again or recommend them to anyone I know.The owner commented and said that I was in the wrong because she told me to read the policy. How am I supposed to read the policy when I cant find it and you just say its on the website". Yeah you told me to review it BUT I COULDNT FIND IT. I have no issue with the policy

I have rented the Cargo trailer three times now. For out of town moves. Dale and Michaela are very friendly. Very accommodating with pick up and drop off times.I will be using their service again in the future. And highly recommend them. Price is over half cheaper then other places that rent similar units.

The Chevy camper van is 25 years old and showing its age. The gas gauge is broken (shows full while driving). The AC unit is failing and should not be used (advice from mechanic). If the compressor seizes, the engine belt will be shredded (owner didn’t seem to grasp how that’s a serious risk of break down and said it’s fine because it’s still blowing cold).There’s a coolant leak that drivers are expected to monitor and top up (see photo).The bar fridge is not designed for RV use so swings open while driving, and dumps your perishables on the floor of the van.Renters are expected to clean the van and return it ‘the way you found it’. In my case it wasn’t very clean. The windshield cover that was folded with the bedding was wet and muddy when went to use it.On return the owner was argumentative and gave a bunch of excuses. He stated the broken fuel gauge is just ‘a Chevy thing’. No it’s broken and he is aware, but doesn’t warn his customers when they head out.He claimed I was over on mileage but didn’t show the math. He ‘waived’ it, but really should not be charging rent on this unit. His sad story about his own truck AC not working was irrelevant. Driving a personal vehicle with issues is his choice. Charging rental customers for a similar vehicle is unacceptable.I’ve rented camper vans before and this one stands out as a POS.
