Dave was fantastic! I've bought several things now from this specific store in Poco, the customer service has been excellent every time!

Sleep Country is great, but I strongly recommend this store because Farshid. This sales representative is awesome. He has taken the time to show me all the options, compared models, explained in detail every option an helped me a lot to choose the right mattress for me. Please pass this positive review to him. Sleep Country is lucky to have people like him working for the organization. Every sales person should be like him. I received my mattress yesterday and I am happy. It was delivered on time. Thank you so much!

My husband and I recently visited this location. It was so nice to meet Farshid, who was a fabulous specialist and gave us great information to have the right mattress. We are so happy that we left the store satisfied, and found our dream mattress. He also helped us choose a pillow that will perfectly match our mattress. We truly appreciate his knowledge, great attitude and patience ! :)

Farshid was excellent in helping me finding the right bed and went beyond by disassembling my old one. The delivery guys were fine too. Thank you sleep country.

I had to exchange some pillows for king sized ones and I ended up getting different pillows all together. The gentleman helping me was absolutely lovely. Help me carry the pillows out as I had my baby with me. They’re super accommodating and polite here. I bought a kingsdown bed here a couple years ago and the customer service was excellent as well. Great staff :)

Me and my wife came in to shop for a king size mattress for the first time ever. Dave was the one helping us, and I must say that the service was exceptional, my brain still hurts from all the information from him and not to mention that I left there feeling like an absolute winner!Highly recommend asking for him!!

We had a great experience at the Port Coquitlam Sleep Country store! The staff was great. The gentleman who assisted us was courteous and offered assistance when asked but let us look around without crowding us which was wonderful! Our mattress arrived a couple of days after. The drivers were great and were careful when bringing the mattress into our home. Overall a super experience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I purchased a king size mattress and after 5 days. They delivered a queen size. I told the delivery guys it supposed to be king. PoCo store (Dave) made a mistake and sold queen size and charged me king size. The Delivery guy took back the mattress and now I had no mattress to sleep.When i went to the store right away to ask for a solution they simply laughed saying nothing they can do. They do not have anything in their warehouse and i had to wait for another 10 days for my mattress to be delivered. I specifically told the seller from the beginning before purchasing that i needed that mattress because of my back problems. He said “ in the meantime you can ask a friend to sleep with them” really? With my husband and 2 kids for 10 days. That was really upsetting and unacceptable.I left the store with a promised that they will deliver any other mattress on Monday while I wait for my selected mattress to be delivered. In 10 or more days.Very unprofessional store. I do not recommend them at all

Beautiful experience with customer service. Andres was very much helpful with exchanging my mattress which I bought initially. The mattress appeared softer then I thought, so I came to the store asking for exchange if possible. Andres made my experience easy, quick and pleasant. 5 stars to store stuff!

Not bad. Helpful and thorough staff. Only lost a star cause the atmosphere in there felt a bit depressing. Subjective opinion but the vibe just wasn’t a 5-star vibe (the building and interior environment itself). I’d still go back for the staff though
