Some of the worst staffing I've experienced. Staff are standing in front of tables folding blocking the table which is fine , but they pay 0 attention to customers needs and stand and gossip in front of customers. 2 staff members gossiping about another staff member right in front of me. Swearing was also being thrown around . Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Wow ..I had the same experience. Also, I have noticed this, if you're not east Indian or Punjabi, they pretend not to know English so they don't have to help u...I bought less because I needed helpI saw her speaking her language to a customer and it hurt my feelings.

Can not do an online return if there life depended on it. Tried to do an exchange, manager got all out of joint literally". Body language speaks way louder than any words. Pointed that out to her and left. Came back today

The MOD, middle aged woman, wasn't very customer service oriented. I was trying on some clothing, and peaked out of the fitting room and asked if she could get me a bigger size, and she straight up snubbed me and said if we have it

Hi , i visited this store from different city with my family . i experineced a worst customer service .. especially with one person who is a manager and also wears specs. She was extremely rude and didnt know how to attend customers at all. I am gonna talk to cooperate about this behaviour as well.. Please any store manager see this review please take actions. cause the behavuiour

They have some great sales but it's always busy on the weekend and it's hard to find your size so go early before the weekend rush

Really unprofessional staff. I was returning clothes when a girl behind the counter was on her phone, and it visibly seemed like she took a picture of me and it made me really uncomfortable.

They carry great sizes and adorable clothes. I love the surprise bags! I got a 13$ pair of sunglasses, 15$ necklace and lots more in a 3.50$ mystery bag. I think they should have more helpful employees who walk around and help you not only find what you're looking for but like other stores are starting to do, hang out near the change rooms and help you pick out cute outfits to fit your body and your skin tone.
