It has been a real pleasure to provide technology here for events! Reasonable loading dock, great freight elevator, friendly staff, good electrical with solid grounding and minimal static, labeled circuits to help alleviate stress with respect to current pull, and 240-volt outlets with distribution boxes available via Encore staff. Also, Spencer (Encore) was super helpful with our crew, and also one of the VERY FEW Encore on-site staff who has ever been congenial with my crew and me. Thanks and hope to be back again!

Looks old on the outside, feels even older on the inside.Chipped, stained furniture. Thin, thin walls. Decor and carpeting look like they're fresh from the '70s.Zilch niceties to speak of.Love how Marriotts feel consistently out-of-date and bare in Can-Can whether it's a Courtyard or a Westin.If you're the kind of person who likes a slightly warmer room, this place isn't for you.That said, very friendly staff.

Very disappointed at the service- we had a long queue to checkin 1AM!!Today there is LONG queue for having breakfast- we are waiting for last 20 minutes already!! Totally ridiculous for the price. Lived in the busiest hotels around the world NEVER experienced this kind of service!! CHANGE IT or don’t call yourselves the MARRIOT/ WESTIN!!

My sister and I stayed at The Westin for the Easter weekend. We chose this hotel as they have a pool and a gym compared to other properties having only one of the two. I was greeted with a very warm welcome by Annie (Maybe her name was Anna; I have terrible eyesight). The property held an egg painting activity for Easter to our delight as our trip was spontaneous and had no concrete plans.The room was clean, and though it was for 2 double-beds I felt like there was not much space to walk (I had to walk sideways to get in and out of bed). I might suggest taking their upgrade (which was offered to me) upon check-in to avoid this.The beds were very comfortable and my sister and I had a good sleep once we were provided an electric fan as their A/C units are not turned on during springtime.Overall, It was an amazing stay and will be coming back with the rest of my family when we're in Calgary :)

Excellent location in the heart of downtown. Stayed here for a conference; guest room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed; meeting rooms were excellent; food was great. The Keg and Starbucks are both on site, as well, plus there are several restaurants close by.

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down.Excellent location in the heart of downtown. Stayed here for a conference; guest room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed; meeting rooms were excellent; food was great. The Keg and Starbucks are both on site, as well, plus there are several restaurants close by.

Nice clean hotel, awesome food, parking beneath hotel is very convenient, rooms are well sized, bathroom was nice if a bit small. Toiletries were perfect...all priced fairly.

20 years ago called, it wants it's hotel back? but seriously, fantastic staff and great location. Airport shuttle. Room needed updating and wasn't cleaned properly, however.
