Always find great deals and an amazing selection of candy/snacks!

They changed the layout of the store. Much easier to go down or up the aisles and there's much more selection! The air conditioning was awesome too :)The woman that helped my mom and I was amazing and I am so sorry we had a few separate transactions but you handled it amazingly and were very polite!! Very helpful and even made sure the wings on the fairies we bought didn't get destroyed!!Make sure you stop in when in Fenelon Falls!!! You won't be disappointed!

Nice store, pretty organized, very nice staff.Price is pretty good.The store is perfectly planned with optimized stuff.Corporate stores could probably take this for a reference.

A great little store with a little of everything.

I always love going to red apple. Pretty good sales and deals. Regular Price of stuff is a good price.The staff is polite and prompt, always seeming to be where they are needed when needed.The selection is great (including as seen on tv stuff) and they have what seems to be a little of everything.Parking outside seems good, I've never had a problem finding a parking spot or anything.It always seems clean and organized.All in all, I always have a great experience going to the Fenelon Falls Red Apple.They are open good hours too. Open until 6pm on Sundays is really nice.

The store is nice and clean, however, their prices are the same as all the other stores. Not a place to save money.

Never any cashiers working. Will leave you waiting to check out til you put your items down and leave. Anywhere is a better place to spend money. Terrible customer service

This store reminds me of the old BiWay stores. This location has clothes, hardware, gadgets, housewares, bedding, pillows, some food items etc. The store is medium in size verging more on the smaller medium size. My problem with this store is that a great many of their prices are too high especially their food items. Also some of the product quality is low. I bought straight cotton t-shirts there and they shrunk 2 sizes first time washing them even though the tag said you could put them in the dryer. I haven't seen t-shirts shrink like that since I was a kid. The staff are pretty good and friendly for the most part. Just one warning: at the check out you may be asked if you want to buy some sale items on the counter. I hate the practice of suggested sale items myself, but it may not bother others.
