Went to Ruth through a referral. Was feeling so stuck and frustrated in certain areas- Ruth was absolutely incredible. She is a safe place to open up and speaks life and wisdom into your life. She is extremely gifted and will help you get to the root of triggers or toxic thought patterns. She was patient and loving the entire time.
