I had a great experience taking my road test through All Licenses. All the front desk ladies were friendly and helpful.I am grateful for my examiner Ruby, she was very professional, I was very nervous about the test but her presence made my anxiety go away. I'd highly recommend her and this place for road tests.

The google reviews don't make sense to me; this place is like all the others. I arrived at 1:10; they were serving #93, I drew #02. I finally saw an agent 32 minutes later, at 1:42 to renew my license and pay a couple of fines, and was done by 1:48. There wasn't enough seating room when I arrived. There is no privacy, everyone hears everything said. Only four of six possible agents were working. What do you expect? Government won't license new registrees, so they have no incentive to provide good service.The staff were mostly fine, mine was quite nice. A driving examiner berated a client loudly for waiting outside while I was there - but there had literally been nowhere to sit.

All around excellent service provided by this registry! I did two advanced road tests here with Ruby Mam. I am very nervous when it comes to these types of examinations so I was very anxious going into this test- but Ruby Mam always had a very calm, patient demeanour about her which made the process a lot less stressful. From the beginning, I had a sense that she was judge me harshly or unfairly but wanted me able to do my best. Even when I made mistakes during my first test Ruby Mam remained patient and calm which in turn helped me keep my cool and continue moving on with the test despite my mistakes. I did fail my first attempt at the advanced road test but it was a completely fair assessment on Roby Mam’s part and I completely agreed with the mistakes she pointed out- in no way did it feel like nitpicking or an overly harsh assessment. I was lucky enough to have Ruby Mam again for my second advanced test and this time the test went more smoothly with Ruby Mam acknowledging my driving had improved and thankfully I passed! I firmly believe that having an instructor that exudes a calm and patient energy is important for anxiety inducing processes like driving tests and I am grateful that there are amazing examiners like Ruby Mam around.On the registry side, they provided fast and efficient service. Both times I went in that there was fair bit of crowd but all of the desk agents go through helping people quickly and I was able to get attended to within a few minutes of arriving each time. They were able to help me with applying for my new driver’s licence and updating my status as an organ donor. Highly recommend!

I recently got my class 5 advance licence from All Licences registry. Mr Dave was my examiner. I had a great experience giving test under Dave. He made me comfortable first and provided an environment where i was able to give my best while test. Undoubtedly i was nervous before test but Dave was amazing as examiner and i was able to apply all my skill with full confidence and passed the test in my first attempt .

I rarely comment on reviews however the professionalism of Mrs. Ruby was outstanding. I passed my Class 5 GDL, I never felt any racist with any one at the registry. I would recommend All licenses to any one. God bless Ruby

Passed my driving test few minutes ago!!! Dave is such a reasonable, exceptionally adept and proficient examiner. Such a cool, calm, considerate and utterly competent professional. Hats off to you Dave. More power and may there be more examiners like you. Taran, the lady who assisted me is also extremely accommodating and helpful. She gladly, patiently and efficiently processed my license despite the fact that she was busy and the Registry is just few minutes from closing. This Registry's strength is in the amazingly outstanding examiners and efficient staff they have. Keep it up. You are a blessing. May your business thrive.

I went there for a road test. The staff members were friendly and the driving instructor was polite, helpful, and kind. However, the registry wasn’t diligent. It is supposed that you arrive 30 minutes in advance so the staff members can review your documents. I arrived 30 minutes in advance and my documents were reviewed just 3 minutes before the test time ( it was because I asked again). I went to other registry to do the road test and I can tell the difference in terms of diligence.

I just had my driver’s license test with instructor Ruby, and she was the most calming, professional and friendliest instructor. Her nature calmed my anxiety down instantly and her knowledge and advise was something i will remember every single time i am behind a wheel! (Yes i passed) Thank you Ruby and all the wonderful staff at All licence Registry. Highly recommend this place for anyone!

I did my road test with instructor Ruby and she was the absolute sweetest!! She made me feel so calm and was very reassuring, respectful, mature. The desk staff was also so kind and helpful. 10/10

If I could give a rating of a thousand stars, I certainly would. Did my class 5 road test with Miss Vicky and what an awesome examiner and wonderful human being. She was so friendly and polite which makes you feel at ease throughout the test and calms the nerves. She explains the expectations beforehand, gives clear instructions and his assessment is fair. It was such a great experience!The staff in the registry office are all very friendly and helpful. They know what they’re doing and don’t waste your time.Highly recommend this place for drivers tests! Thank you for superb service!
