Incredibly helpful and competent service when we needed it most! Our Director of Business Development was in Vancouver for an important networking opportunity and ran out of business cards. Not only did TPH have them done in a few short hours after receiving the template, they delivered to her hotel. Above and beyond!!

very very deceptive. a wrong phone number was written on the parkade walls for calling security after hours and then a homeless guy shows up saying he knows what the correct number is , provided we tip him with $20 , leaving us with no other option.Concord security looks after this place and its by far the worst experience i ever had. don't know what sort of arrangement does concord have with that guy but it certainly is not fair to charge $20 even after customers have paid for parking already.Definitely not something for the Concord to be proud of. Shame !!

Terrible organization with worse customer service. They post the closing hours for their lots, and then close them automatically 15-20 minutes earlier than the posted closing time. So you can't gain access to your vehicle until the next day and they'll ticket you for the extra day. Then they only number that's posted near the lot for you to call goes to an automated voicemail message and disconnects, so you can't speak to anyone.
